The various magnesium salts of organic and inorganic origin ensure a good magnesium supply – regardless of the prevailing pH level and individual transit time in the gastrointestinal tract.

Magnesium, the super mineral
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals and a cofactor in over 600 enzyme systems. It contributes, for example, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, the normal function of the nervous system, and electrolyte balance.
Furthermore, many other biochemical processes depend on an adequate supply of magnesium. For example, vitamin D requires magnesium for its activation. Therefore, increased vitamin D intake should always be accompanied by sufficient magnesium intake. Generally, vitamin D and magnesium should be taken together as cofactors.
